"I think you have to somewhat temper your expectations when visiting a place like this in a small town. It's not a large dining room, but it wasn't busy when we went, so seating was no problem. My wife and boys really liked their cheese pizza. I had a bacon cheeseburger calzone, and it was okay. Not particularly flavorful, but the bread was good, and it was large. The biggest downside here is the waiting. It didn't appear they were short staffed, but one young lady didn't seem overly motivated, and there was another one that was obviously brand new and just followed the other around. I don't fault her for this, and sometimes good help is hard to find, especially in a smaller town. Maybe with time and training they will be great. What saved the service was a young man who came in as we were eating. He immediately went to work and was answering phones, helping at the front and in the back, and checked on us from the counter more than our server did. You could tell he was trying, and I appreciated that. It provided a nice opportunity for me to talk to my boys about work ethic and how just working hard can make so much difference. When we went to pay, they also provided a discount for me being a military veteran, and the young man thanked me for my service. Overall a pretty good experience although I'll get something different if we return."

"Miscommunication in service and management team at its finest. I ordered Large Philly cheesesteak pizza. Only to receive something that looks like it was dropped and played in. It wasn't even a fully intact pizza. I called the restaurant back and they said they would send me a new one. They arrived with a medium pizza and I told them again , it was a large pizza . Delivery driver called management and they insisted that I was wrong and it was a medium pizza. I'm glad I keep my receipts andI still expect my full refund."

"The delivery drivers are fantastic! Always on point! &so very kind, and understanding taking their job very seriously. However the food and what’s going on at the restaurant is a whole different topic, completely hit and miss. Delivery on time being a hit! Food being made poorly, even when the communication was good and direct, it is in fact a miss in the kitchen. I really hope people continue to order to help them get better. If they don’t know what they are doing wrong they cannot fix it. Quality is what it’s about.. you don’t want to pay $18+ on a single medium pizza and it be unbearable to eat, because you don’t want to speak up. Just say something if you know something is off or wrong and take pictures, they will make it right! They are trying in all aspects, but it takes the help of the public too. Constant projection of bad but no one post when it’s good! So I started this review as a two, then thought about the good aspects.. and assets they have.. and they need support! Also pay for the delivery drivers /+gas, I seen a charge for delivery so I had asked if it went towards delivery. Politely I did not get an answer. I just think if your maintenance and gas/mileage is on your dime, it shouldn’t be if it’s on company time. In my opinion. This is all just my opinion. I’m not sorry. The sweet lady is fixing my pizza, and was really sorry about how it turned out.. wasn’t rude or mad about having to fix it. That’s acceptance of constructive criticism gone right, no hard time. "Please read update below. Good local pizza joint. Food is always fresh. Forgot cheese on the breadsticks one night. Sometimes the pepperoni is way too spicy which it's odd it's not consistent. Next trip we ordered salads and they are extremely delicious and fresh! After a few months I had to do an updated review. The management is horrible and turnover is insane here. We wanted to eat inside as take out is normally over an hour wait which is fine. We were the only customers inside and it was over an hour and ten minutes before we asked could we at least have our appetizers and waitress said food is still cooking. First food came out wrong which was a cold club but it then took another 30 minutes to remake because the first cook apparently walked out. Then they put hot fries in a cold club. Kids spaghetti was cold and never received the bread, nor pizza after we had to ask for food and other customers started receiving food when they just walked in. The so called manager Jessica came out and said they are training again and if we don't like to wait we can leave and get food elsewhere! Imagine she was only hired on 2 weeks but never took care of the problem. Then she tried to take care of what food we never received she kept walking away answering the phone so we had to leave because she obviously doesn't care. We did leave the 2 waitresses a tip as it's not their fault. The next day I have left 2 messages for the owner to contact me but apparently they never visit any Locations as to no clue is hiring these managers and has been over a week and still no phone call. Will never be back here."
