"The employees are very attentive when taking your order and preparing your food."

"Placed a order said it would be ready at 8:10 arrived 8:14 subs was not ready they was out of serval things as well. Get home with the subs after waiting another ten mins for them to finally make them and the was poorly made sloppy everything hanging out the bread and had so much mustard on the sub i could have me five more subs with the same mustard. It was horriable then ordered four cookies got home and only had three... i work in food everyday and this was just unacceptable.. duewest sc subway needs to do better for sure."

"I arrived 11.2.2022 at 1215pm 2 customers sat eating . Both employees were behind the counter back near the office . 1 employee was bent over on his cellphone never looked up even though I was watching him all he had to do was look up but never did . The 2nd employee was a few feet behind him sitting on a seat of sorts also on his phone . He also never looked up even though I'm looking right at him as well . Both employees just continued to look down texting and being captivated by their cellphones so I left . Then I spoke to the manager who said he was the owner and he proceeded to tell me I could not of came in without him or his employees knowing . The manager continues telling me he will check the camera feed then comes back and starts telling me that I am being unprofessional coming to him like this ."

"I've had better experiences in the past. Lately it seems service has been lacking. Super slow girls working in spite of a long line mid afternoon. The younger boy working piles everything up in the middle of the sub, but at least tries. I've worked at a deli myself and there are more efficient ways of doing things."
