"The staff is great, but I feel like brackets and wires are always falling off. Then, their Bluffton office is only open certain days, as they rotate staff between Bluffton, HHI, and Beaufort offices, which makes it hard for me to get the broken wires and brackets fixed. I don’t have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. If you don’t either, this is not the office for you."

"Dr Maginnis and his staff were great during my visits to check the progress of my teeth alignment. Staff at front desk are friendly and do great me with a smile. I’m now finished with my aligners and now scheduled for my retainers. I would greatly recommend Dr Maginnis ."

"Have had 2 children go through braces at Winning and I regret leaving (no longer took our insurance). The front staff here are rude every time we go in. The back staff are never on time. We arrived on time for one appt and others who were late were taken first. We were told there was a 15 min grace period and therefore our appt got pushed. How is that my problem? Be on time. Took us an hour just to get started. Another appt we were early and told we’d be waiting bc we were early. As a matter of fact, we weren’t seen until long after our appt time. Winning always knew us and engaged. It was like family. We paid in full and can’t wait to be done. I usually end up taking 3 hours off work just for a 30 min appt. The absolute worst experience every time and customer service is what I do for a living so I know this review is necessary for someone to make a change. The practice director is incredibly rude and needs to rethink her career. This isn’t it."
