"Been a patient for a few years, had an appointment in December and when I received a text it was canceled. Now I know why now they do not take my dental coverage and did not want to honor my appointment since they would no longer would take my insurance starting in January. Cleanings are free for my Insurance, but they decided to charge double that amount now that my insurance would cover. Would not be so upset but canceling my appointment like that is just plain old GREED!! All about the making the most money with them! But get the 299 coverage with them and cleaning are free wth but won’t take my insurance for cleanings !!"
