"Took almost $200 out of my account in a span of 6 days. One payment of $66 on 11/15, another on 11/17 and a third on 11/20. The money that was in the account was for my recently deceased FIL’s funeral. I left a message SATURDAY demanding I be called back on MONDAY and the voicemail was never checked. We don’t even live in South Carolina anymore so we aren’t even using the dental membership. I got ONE cleaning done that probably would have costed no more than $150 and there’s no way for me to cancel this without paying $500… now we’re out $200 and are going to continue to be billed for something we can’t even use. They also leave a number for Jeffrey Bauer, I assume is the owner, on the voicemail and the number is some random guy who isn’t Dr. Bauer."
