"First, back in May they insured the wrong car and charged me for it! Not sure how that happened when there was no VIN #. Second, I have called several times since JUNE in regard to a canceled policy refund in which the woman told me I would be refunded for. Each time that I call I am told they will look into it and never call me back! Now, my premium has went up almost $100 within the last month! I sent an email to the owner about a month ago and NOTHING! I will be cancelling my policy. This is extremely overwhelming and unprofessional. I rarely had issues prior to this year!!"
