"This is the slowest Hardee’s ever! There is no reason why we should spend 15-20 waiting in the drive thru before we even get to the speaker!"

"Went inside the floor was so sticky, and the fountain drink area was so dirty. I decided to take the food to go! The service and food were the only things good! I would have given more stars for the food and service, but could not get over how the floor was sticky no matter where I walked."

"I called to order a 10 piece chicken tenders at 8:15 pm on 12/11/23 and they told me that their chicken tenders were all frozen so they could not fill the order. I was like, I understand it’s 8:15 PM there were be closing, I get it, no problem However, the very next night, at 5:43 PM from the same Williamston Hardee’s restaurant I tried to order 10 chicken tenders in the drive-through and they told me the exact exact same story that they were frozen. So I can go to my house and deep fry chicken tenders, but apparently their commercial fryers are not able to do this? There is no excuse for this."

"Terribly rude shift leader with zero organizational skills. Staff member blatantly ignored me as I tried to order. She just kept looking at me and walking around doing nothing. Took too long to get a simple sausage biscuit. Maybe if they weren't so busy flirting with the customers they could do their job."

"The store was out of all chicken, milkshakes, premium buns, and the servers seemed miserable. Order took about 12 minutes. Order was all wrong. Burgers were wrapped in biscuit wraps Maybe better to just close the store"
