Alex came to our home and gave a great presentation of what’s available and had the prices with him. We were very clear on the costs involved as we put the pool package together. The installation crew was a hard working group of nice folks. The foreman knew his job very well. Follow up was and is great. "Pool price by far cheapest in area.workers did a great job completed and up and running in 21 days as scheduled. Only downfall is new family owners there communication needs to be worked on as they dont let u know whats happening. Also still have things needing repair and its been 2mo after install, and no communication from Carina. Alex still hasnt come by to give ins and outs of running ops. Good thing i had pool before and know what to do otherwise i would still be waiting. Overall pool looks great. If communication was better id rate a 5. Glenn."

"My name is John L. using my moms google account. I am surprised by some of the reviews I see on here. You will notice several of them never even got a pool installed. This company installed a 16 x 30 saltwater pool at my house for 65K. All other companies said 100 K plus for the exact same thing. These people’s prices are by far the cheapest. And I think that their work is excellent. Got me on schedule quick, no hidden costs, always communicate and respond. I am surprised they don’t have all the business in town. The workers are very clean. Every day they pick up all the trash and blow all the sidewalks and make sure everything looks good before they leave. Got a pic of the guy finishing the pool edge right now."

"Worst customer service experience I've ever had from any company. After getting an estimate done, was told to call back ASAP to get my name on the list for next year. After calling for 4 days, they finally got back with me. They picked up my deposit, and never sent me a contract. They even cashed the deposit the day after picking it up. After calling 7 more times to get my contract, or an update, I was finally contacted by the Project Manager. Never should have come to that. Then the person I was supposed to be dealing with calls later that day and acted like she was shocked no one sent a contract. Even drove 20 miles to their "location" (from their website), and it wasn't there. Be very cautious about using this company. I wouldn't recommend it. By the way, pics from the 5-star reviews are from the pool manufacturers website, and I know at least two of the 5-star reviews are from employees."
