"I just moved to the area and I am looking for a dentist. I called and spoke with Kimberly. She was EXTREMELY rude, lacked any knowledge on the office and was just in a rush to hang up. This is so sad. I’m happy I won’t be a patient at this location. Now I am understanding the reasons why this location has such poor ratings."

"They are terrible. My kids have been going to them since they all had their first set of teeth. All of a sudden we get to the appointment and they tell me they had to reschedule because they're under knew management and a lot of things have changed including their policy. And on top of that they couldn't schedule right then and there because they didn't have any openings and I needed to check back in a couple months smdh. First off, my kids are day one patients so how they get knocked out like their new or something?! And secondly why wouldn't you inform the patient about the scheduling issue and new management; a phone call would of been a nice courtesy. And I had to put at least one star just to post; they damn sho don't deserve it ."

"The worst dentist you could ever take your child to. I wish I could give zero stars!!! So their orthodontist left and they did not inform any of the patients. You found out when you brought your child in for their appointment. They have been without an orthodontist since January so if your child has braces, they won’t be seen. They go months without scheduling appointments for your children and don’t even bother calling. You hardly ever get through to anyone. You never meet the actual orthodontist so I’m not sure if they’ve ever had one. Some of the front desk staff are nice and helpful but that’s about 25% of them that you can say that about out of a 100% fully staffed office. Be sure to keep record of all payments because they tell you about the Ortho bank but if you pay in the office, there’s a lack of communication between the bank and the office so it looks like you haven’t made your payments. Also, they told my daughter who’s NEVER had cavities that she had four. Took her elsewhere and guess what…. SHE HAS NO CAVITIES. I honestly think this office should be thoroughly investigated for insurance fraud because I’m convinced they’ve reported things to the insurance company that’s not even going on with my children. My kids no longer go here! I am trying to save another parent from this nightmare!!!! The WORST!!! Please pay attention to my review and keep your kids AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!"
