"Fabulous experience. Had abscess, infected teeth and they were extremely nice to work me in first thing upon my calling. Was quite concerned about not being seen for at least a week,which is the norm. Esp w the holiday. Could not ask for a nicer,friendlier,professional office. Modern technology,procedures. Timely. "I Love Bela Dentistry on Washington Rd Augusta Ga. I've been a patient since March 2023. They have through the roof Customer Service. Philip is an Amazing office manager, he makes sure that the patient understands everything. Kelly was awesome, she did a great job on cleaning my teeth. She made sure that I understand another technique in brushing my teeth. The doctor ( I call her Dr. Bela) has unmatched service. My first time back in March, I walked out understanding the ins and outside about my gums and teeth. I've been to many dentists in my life but I never had a doctor that was detailed and thorough like Dr. Bela. The customer service is great from the front of the house to the back of the house.
