"Please do NOT go here. I’m sure there are better places in the area. I had such an unprofessional experience and now have to find someone else to fix what was done to me here. I should have read other reviews before booking an appointment here but I completely agree with the other comments. The place is extremely outdated. Everywhere from the building and decor to the equipments and tools. Giving you a very uneasy feeling that they don’t know what they’re doing or at least, not knowledgeable on the latest techniques and equipment. The wall was peeling and there were holes in the ceiling. I was supposed to receive a cleaning but all they did was stick a mirror in my mouth and say “it looks nice!” They didn’t brush, floss, or anything. Never gave me a cleaning. I thought that was odd but proceeded to tell them the other reason for coming in and it was because part of my invislign bar came loose (which it’s done in the past and other dentists have been amazing) so they bring me into another room and prep me by drying that area in my mouth. At other places they provide me with glasses or some sort of shield to protect my eyes from the overhead light they use to see inside your mouth but not here and it was extremely bright. All of a sudden, a man walks into the room and immediately starts gluing the piece back to my tooth. I had no idea who he was but had to assume he was William. He never once said a word to me. Never introduced himself to me, explained what he would be doing, nor said anything when we left the room. Nothing. Not a single word the entire time. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional it was. Other dentists have asked me how the glue felt and if I felt like I needed a little more or would even shave it down a bit so it was smooth and not tear up the inside of my mouth. I didn’t get any of that here. They put a little bit of glue on it, heated it up, then the assistant said I was all done and that was it! The glue was still hot and sticky when I sat up (at other places they let it cool down before sending you on your way to ensure it feels right). Then when I went to “check out,” they hand wrote my receipt. Not necessarily a bag thing but again, extremely outdated with today’s technology. I’ve never been to a dentist where they still hand wrote things. I’d prefer to have my information stored and my transactions done digitally. The whole experience made me really question the capability and credibility of this place and William’s knowledge. I do not recommend this place."

"Hi Brittany, I read your comments. I had been there few times. Everything went well. As a patient who had been there, I feel sorry for your misunderstanding. It is a nice place to quickly get things done and staff are okay. I had my insurance. That doctor seems to an very experienced person and I look at his experience, very knowledgeable in his field, way of handling things, just like that, he comes casually does thing and goes and sits in his office, you ask he answers. I think it is purely, like a professionalism and well knowledgeable doctors handle things to the point and don't spend time other than their treatment time. He seems to be a man of action. Next time I went, my insurance was not in their list, I did not go to any doctor so far. Going to try this time, let's see. A physician can talk a lot and convince the patient that will have good psychology, dentist have to talk less as talking portion of the patient is handled :)"
