"Room was clean and breakfast area well done but when we arrived -2/2 at 6:45 the person at the front desk was rather rude and abrupt after my asking about dogs in all the rooms . And upon leaving in the morning I saw no one at the front desk the several times I was downstairs."

"The hotel is very clean and nicely renovated. Very quiet and comfortable. However, it was very difficult to get hot water in the shower and the water pressure is poor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the only restaurant choices in the area are McDonald's, Wendy's and Waffle House."

"Other than I think Hampton took advantage of price at $259 a night and the hotel lobby bathrooms were both out of order and locked. Guests who are traveling usually have to go to a bathroom immediately upon stopping the hotel bathrooms should be available there was a maintenance personnel onsite so really should be operable. Now then why the 5-Star review the room was clean and presentable and staff was very nice and handle everyone walking in that was enquiring about a room and getting hit with sticker shock at the price with tact and class at the end of the day that's what counts the most."

"Gentleman that checked us in and the lady that handled the breakfast station was probably the nicest hotel employees we've ever had. Room was clean, although warm. Thermostat was set to 75 degrees"
