"Had an emergency in family and couldn't make it. Called and we bought the insurance for the trip and didn't get a refund. Won't use again. Please note that my boyfriend canceled the morning of the time to leave for our destination due to health issues and the insurance company had no receipt of payment which he did have. I'm not saying we won't use you again but when things happen that are out of our control maybe your company could be more sympathetic.
