"I used RoSal to book a limo for a birthday celebration in Aug 2016. It was truly a magical experience for our party. When I received a call stating that our limo is having some issue, my heart sank for a minute. But I was quickly assured (by Sal?) that a backup limo is already on the way. The backup limo was more spacious and met and exceeded our expectations. David was wonderful throughout and helped ensure we had a great time. We will cherish these memories for years to come. Thanks for making this a memorable experience."
"After talking to Sal over the phone, I decided to book a limo and a shuttle bus for our wedding day from RoSal Limousine. I enjoyed talking with Sal and he guaranteed that I will not be sorry for using RoSal Limousine and he delivered. The experience from beginning to end of our wedding was fully exception. Bert, our limo driver arrived an hour early and he was very professional. We had a smooth, wonderful and safe transportation. Bert even went out of his way to make sure that everything goes smoothly on our wedding day. He stayed at the front door for the church to greet our guests and opens the door for them. When the ceremony is about to start, he stayed in front of the bride to cover her so that the guests inside the church will not see her. He took pictures and later send it to us. The driver of our shuttle bus arrived on time as well and he was very well dress. He drove our guests from the church to the wedding venue with ease At the end of the day I was fully satisfied with Rosal Limousine. "We have used this company over the past few years for apx. 4 separate occasions so we have good experience with their cars, drivers and service, however, our last experience changes everything and as a result, we will no longer be using or recommending them to others for the following reasons: 1. We ordered our favorite car, Chrysler 300M stretch (which is one of their newer limos) and received a confirmation of this car in our email. However, they switched the car on us and send an older Lincoln SUV. The sound system was very weak and sounded horrible, the interior lights would just turn off for a second at various times throughout the trip (we had no special effects turned on). 2. The driver told us to knock on the divider anytime we wanted to change air temp or tell him something, which was strange since usually this is done by control console. We thought it was broken since he told us to knock which was ridiculous. 3. The suspension on this Lincoln is poor and we felt all the bumps on the road pretty harshly. 4. They want CASH upfront for the trip before you even get in the car and didn't want to accept a credit card. This is a red flag right away, since they can essentially take your money and you don't have much recourse besides a small claim lawsuit, which we won't even bother with since we simply just wrote this company off as just bad luck. 5. The day after our trip, I asked to speak to the owner, Sal, who called me back and was very argumentative and kept saying things like: No one else complains when we "upgrade them". Ok Sal, how about you go to a restaurant and order a steak and they upgrade you to what they believe is a better dish you didn't want? Where's the logic?? Argued with me that they didn't send a Lincoln, when we actually have photos of the damn car. Argued with me about an 8 minute difference in overtime, as I thought it was 15 minutes and he corrected me saying it was ACTUALLY 23 minutes! Wow, not like it mattered since we paid for the whole additional hour anyway. He claims he has the best reviews (3.7 on google reviews isn't that great). And neither is this review great. Sal never even bothered to call and notify us that they are switching the car on us, even if he considered this older SUV an upgrade, it should have been communicated to us as it was NOT what we ordered. They baited and switched us, and apparently not only us, another reviewer on google reviews had the same experience, viz: goo.gl/maps/NnpcK8ZUe8s As the conversation continued, Sal even mentioned, "well if you read the agreement, we have the right to switch cars on you without notice". Great Customer Service Etiquette, so instead of actually resolving the situation, you're throwing more fuel into the fire by rubbing your sneaky contracts in my face. You didn't bother to offer even a partial refund on this trip, however, when I asked if you could do something more reasonable like free 2 hours on next purchase, you declined. So now I decline ever doing business with your company and all of the people we were often referring to you will no longer be using your services either. In an industry that is declining, this was the wrong way to treat a loyal and regular customer."
"I rented a 14 passenger Ford Expedition Stretch limo to take my son and his friends to the prom. What I got was a dirty older model Cadillac Escalade with rusty looking stains on the roof of the vehicle. The inside of the limo was filthy. The limo was clearly not vacuumed after several uses. When I asked the driver why the inside was so dirty he became nasty and said he tried sweeping off the seats. My husband actually got in the limo and tried to clean it while the kids took pictures. The driver stood there and watched him. My husband cleaned up bobby pins, sequins, dried up leaves and sticky stuff off the seats. I then spoke to the owner Sal who was full of excuses. He tried to tell me I was given an upgrade because he sent a Cadillac. I probably would have been happy with the "upgrade" if it was for a prom 10 years ago when the limo was new. He offered no apologies, just excuses. He couldn't explain why the limo was dirty and why he didn't send the newer Ford Expedition I contracted for. He did acknowledge that the roof of the Cadillac was damaged and needed to be replaced. Be warned, if you use this company you won't get what were promised. If you want a crappy, dirty limo and attitude and excuses from the owner and driver, then this is the company for you."
"This is the BEST limo company EVER. I booked the 10 passenger Lincoln for my senior prom and noticing that I have 11 passengers I need to book a bigger limo but RoSals' helped me out a lot and finally I still have the 10 passenger limo with no extra cost. I've been annoying them with my emails and phone calls but they don't even mind and kindly assist me in everything. On the actual prom day, one of the stops took FOREVER because those girls are being slow on their makeup but the driver patiently waited for them. He helped us took pictures and is very friendly throughout the whole ride. RoSal's Limousine had made my prom night the best experience of my life. Thank you so much!!!"
