"I gave a one star because the cat bus'es should run on Saturday and Sunday, because some people's don't have a car are any one to take them where they how to go,an some people's lives out on ogeechee road,an the Kroger grocery store is too far to walk from ogeechee Place Apartments"
"The early morning 31 is NEVER on time Today I caught the 10 @ 6:05 am to transfer to the 31.. Well the 6:35 31 never showed up & when it did @ 7:14 us passengers was told we still had to wait another 14 before we would pull off… This is beyond ridiculous that not so much as an announcement or notification mind you it’s freezing outside my toes are literally defrosting as I type.. People actually depends on this bus it needs to run every 30 minutes just like the 14. I seen several busses come & go & neither was the 31..Why is the 31 NEVER on time? I’ve been out the house since 6am & now I’m an hour late for work..You guys have to do better.. One star because I had no choice"

"Hi I'm customer that rides the bus every day and I work at st. Joseph Hospital and. And sometimes the bus bypass st. Joseph Hospital and me another rider have to wait for a bus two and three hours waiting on the bus especially on the weekends and mainly on Sundays the bus don't come on time and we have to be out there for longer period of time waiting on the bus and that's not fair to us that they running late and that we have to wait out there and they bypass St Joseph to get on time schedule and we just stand to the bus stop waiting on the bus 2 and 3 hours and that's not fair for customers have to wait longer on a bus and Don't let it be a Sunday you just stranded. Thatjust don't make any sense for those drivers have to bypass us like that and we standing at the bus stop at st. Joseph Hospital 2 and three hours later."
"I visited from Minnesota for a week and I was hoping to frequently use this service to get around town. I downloaded the app to purchase tickets and the one to monitor when and where the busses came. There is multiple stops where the bus would never come, without any notice what so ever. This service is about as reliable as the texas power grid during a cold snap."
