"This review may be a bit premature since the coach has been in their service center for the last week. I feel confident they will do a better job this time getting it ready for us. There were some issues that we spotted when looking to purchase and pointed out during our walkthrough. The major issue was fixed, but none of the other smaller problems. Bryce Pond (sales) and Jeremy Knabb (finance) were the people that assisted us with our purchase. They both did a good job of listening and helping us find the right coach and financing. They were also who we contacted the following day when we discovered the issues were not repaired, and they were both involved with getting our unit back into the service center. Initially I had a rating of 4 stars, but I understood a few things about this location after spending some time there. First of all the coach we bought hadn't been in their inventory very long. It had not gone through an inspection before we looked at it. Secondly the service center is swamped. When we brought it back and dropped it off. I asked that they please be sure to do the whole inspection before we pick it up again. I was initially told 3 days for the repairs, but when I called 3 days later to see if it was ready. I was told they're waiting on replacement batteries. So they're completing the inspection this time. Also I need to shout out to Linda! Not sure what her function is there, but she is very sweet and makes great coffee!"

"Daniel worked with us on a very cold Jan day helping us find the perfect travel trailer for our family. He was patient and never pushy. A pleasant experience. We pick up the camper this Saturday."

"Everything worthwhile that's expected . Bryce knew what he was talking about showed us around. Couldn't find anything we really wanted. He ordered another one-off of another lot and the race was format and everything went well. No problem at all. Happy with the sales person did a good job."

Kelly, their service technician was more than happy to help answer all my questions and show me how everything functionality worked. As stupid as some of the questions may have seemed to me. He was very professional. So I offered him a $20 tip and he wouldn't even take my money. Quality guy right there! Treat him right."

"This was a smaller Campingworld store, but big on personality! I was very impressed with their helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Clean organized store. Found the outdoor camping multi-position Thomasville chair and on sale! They also had camper indoor furniture on display."
