"My package is missing"

"If i can give a zero rating i will do, took so long to transit & my package was missing. Whoever that person who suppose to deliver was lying! On the tracker it said delivered successfully but how come no package arrive to me? I waited on that day no doorbell, no package in the mailbox or front door, i even asked the security in the main gate nothing was delivered for me on that day. So my package just suddenly missing & no replies to my emails."

"Month of July 2020 Been calling 4-6x during their business hours but nobody answered. I am not sure of they are still operating. Also, I cannot leave a voicemail since their mailbox was full. I have a concern regarding with the shipment I had from dubai that I don’t know to whom I will be asking for help since the shipper don’t know what to do as well. I was super devastated. Will never recommend this forwarding courier or maybe better change your management and workers who are responsible enough to handle certain concerns regarding with shipments"

"Possibly the worst courier company in the entire world. I sent a package from Italy to New York on November 2018 and till today January 2019 was not delivered!!!!"

"Worst place ever. Messy, dirty, horrible management. Most clueless manager I have known. Never knows anything. I feel bad for the employees that really need to the job. Warehouse guy does not speak English and tells her everything, so be careful. She even has special consideration for him. Hired his wife, whom is just as clueless as the manager. Don't bother complaining to HR, they do not care :-D. Good luck!"
