"USPS in Naples NY are outstanding. They go above and beyond to make certain their customers are current with their deliveries and also new scams on the rise which I find very helpful. They saved my pocketbook a couple times in that. They are also very cheerful and sweet. Also I keep to old school tradition of making baked goods when they do door to door delivery as I am pretty deep in the woods out here. Thank you for being so great!"

"Every time a package comes through this facility they will make 0 effort to deliver it. They will never get out of their post trucks to knock on your door. They will leave a "sorry we missed you while you were out" note IN YOUR MAIL BOX. Not even making the effort to hide the fact they are to LAZY to get out of their post trucks and make a delivery."
