"Pretty empty for a weekday lunch. Oh well. Good for us. Top quality sushi from this chain restaurant. Manager/ server was terrific. Took the time / had the time to chat and guide some choices on the menu. Presentation was lovely. Price was good. Good choice for a meal while in Fresh Fields."

"Everyone enjoyed their meal. Lunch special was very reasonable (3 sushi rolls for $20 or a Benton box for similar price). They were very busy but our service was good for the amount of patrons to servers. Overall, our favorite meal in FreshField so far."

"The steak was cooked perfectly and the miso soup was good as well. The Christmas rolls were the highlight of our meal. Customer service is excellent at this location and they do take reservations. They are also open later than the other restaurants in this area."

"The Fuji was a welcome surprise after the complete letdown of the other surrounding restaurants. We were seated immediately, were greeted, given a rundown of specials and what we may or may not like based on our preferences and were made aware of the drink selections. The waiter was friendly and engaging and at the same time did not hover and gave us plenty of time by ourselves to talk and dine. I had one of their spicy sashimi rolls and two Tobiko (roe) nigiri rolls and both were very good. My friend had the Teriyaki Shrimp Hibachi and was very happy with it as well. The bathroom was spotless and had designer soap and hand lotion for after wash which was nice. We both really enjoyed this place and if we ever went back through will eat here again."
