"We arrived at Pho Viet a little past noon, the place was quiet and had 2 tables at most. We were greeted by the two guys who were working and took a seat to our liking. We ordered drinks and food, we both ordered #15 (Rare Steak, Brisket and Flank) Beef Noodle Soup (Pho) we asked for it to be spicy and a #4 (Crispy Shrimp Rolls) she had a sprite and I had a sweet tea. Food came out rather quickly, which was surprising! The broth was hot, fresh, and very flavorful with a good amount of noodles you could just slurp them right up. Along with that comes a side dish of extras you can add on to your liking (bean sprouts, basil, lime, jalapeño slices, and a lemon wedge). The Phó was phenomenal, the flavor was right on point, and excellent for this cold weather. The shrimp rolls were crispy and crunchy, and they came with a lettuce leaf and pickled carrots, which just packed on flavor. The tanginess of the sauce makes everything come together as the perfect bite! We paid a little over $50, but for the amount of food, the attentiveness of the servers, and overall delicious food, it makes it well worth its price. So, if you're in the area, make sure you stop by!"
"The restaurant is definitely recommended. But I really didn’t enjoy it this time as how I did when I was younger maybe because the saracha wasn’t as spicy as how it used to be so I didn’t really enjoy my pho as much but overall definitely a good place to get Vietnamese food and if you don’t really like spicy food this place is a must."
"Came in on a Friday night. Wasn't as pack as I imagine. Service was great. Majority of our party got Pho which came out in a relatively decent time, but one in our group have the froed rice and it took a while to be made( by a while I mean half of us were done eating) Portion was a good amount. Just be cautious of parking since it's in downtown. Other than that I recommend #10 Pho"
"I have been coming here for well over a year and actually love the food. I’ve never had a problem up until today i went and found a hair in my pho. When i showed them the hair in my food they said they would discount 20%. i got the bill to see it was only discontinued 10%. i’ve always loved this place and have always tipped amazingly. will not be returning!!"
