Domino's Pizza 825 Main Street Campus Location, Columbia, SC 29201

"I called to order pizza. No one called or delivered said pizza I called them and they said the order had been cancalled. When I tried to reorder, no one would answer the phone. When I finally reached them today they called me a liar. Customer service at its worst-case"

"i wish i could rate this dominos location 0 stars but i cannot. i used my dominos points to order free garlic knots and then used my money to buy some other items. they said they tried to call me whenever they got here but i never received a phone call even though the proper number is attached to the account and i know this because i have ordered from dominos in multiple different locations before. And then they said they would not bring me my food that I have used my points and my money to buy. And then when i called to ask about how to receive my food the lady who answered the phone basically told me i needed to reorder everything and pay for it again even though my money and my points were not refunded and the food was already made. On top of all of that she also was laughing at me as i was trying to ask her questions about my order. I am very disappointed in the customer service i received and in this dominos location as i have never had a problem with this company before."

"Whoever "Rob" is... awful customer service!!!! Hung up in my face when I was calling to ask a simple question. Asked me "How can I fix your order if you're calling me?" And yelled at me as well. Then, the order wsa 20 mins late and did not include the one thing I called to ask him about."

"The customer service was rude. I mean, I have never experienced this in any other dominos. They have a lot of space to dine-in but they don't let a group of 6 people to sit close to each other. They intentionally seperated the tables a lot and when we asked them to move two tables out of like 20 empty tables, he, the general manager, asked us to leave the place! Why do you even have a dine-in place? What's the problem with two tables 1 foot close to each other? I'm just speechless."

"I usually don't have a problem with Domino's but I ordered 35 dollars worth of food and not show up at all to deliver my food. Even though the app said they were near me I honestly didn't see now. They didn't even attempt to come to the apartment complex or get out their car I'm super disappointed"
