"It's in an old shopping center, not many stores still in this Plaza. The lady at the front register was nice-ish. The reason for 3 stars is because it took so long to make a 6ct bone in chicken wings and a 20oz drink."

"They have a screen that shows where your order is in the queue. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating. The establishment was clean and my food was ready and still hot when I arrived to pick it up."

"No bills over 20 can be used. My order was 38 bucks & they refused to take a 50 dollar bill for the order. Instead I had to walk down to 4 other stores with my 2 year old in tow & beg for change to purchase my order. Seems extremely stupid to me. But the food is typically good so no complaints about that. Also you can't place an order over 50 bucks so be prepared to place two or more if feeding a large group."

"If you order from here make sure you choose Carryout and not Delivery. The people simply JUST DONT SHOW UP! I order pizza and this company takes my money and waits until the location is CLOSED to CANCEL my order. When I went in about 10:28PM on 9/10/23 the lady stated that she cannot refund me. She then stated that Pizza hut uses a third party to send out deliveries. I asked her will they be returning with the pizza and if i could wait there for it. She stated that the delivery person does not bring back orders not delivered and that she doesn't know what they do with the undelivered pizza. I'm not sure if they are stealing or just lazy but this is totally unacceptable. It's nice to give people a heads up! Here it is almost 11PM at night and Im still making dinner plans when my family should be in the bed!!!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER!!! Please stop accepting orders that you cannot fulfill, or at least GIVE PEOPLE A HEADS UP!! This is sickening, time consuming and extremely inconvenient. The customer service line I had to call told me I have to wait up to 3 days to even speak with someone about this incident, therefore I my REFUND ISNT EVEN PROCESSED and I WILL STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REFUND! THEY WONT EVEN RETURN MY FUNDS IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! MADE ME BUY DINNER TWICE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS!!!"
