"3 HOURS after calling, they never showed up. Completely unreliable. Cancelled the tow with no reason given, I do not recommend Pops towing at all."

I have my truck broke down with my wife and two kids 8 pm they been dispatch to tow me 2 hrs past no one shows up, no one picked up the phone,no one calls ,over 4hrs until I got tow. I hope Allstate car care will do something about it because they not should be in their system to do any service. In fact I know I'm not the first one VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!"
