"I came into this location to pick up a package. There was one guy standing at the counter but I couldn't tell if he was waiting for service or not. The woman working at the counter (older lady not sure what her name is) stared at me for what seemed like an eternity when I walked in and stopped talking to the guy. I was trying to gauge whether or not she was still helping the guy at the counter so I wouldn't interrupt, but after a super long awkward silence of them both staring at me, I decided to let her know I was there for a package, at which point she interrupted me to say very angrily, "I'm helping another customer right now". I apologized and waited my turn. It was definitely a very weird interaction and not the first time I've had an awkward interaction with this woman who works at the counter. She's always been the only person there when I come in but it seems like she should maybe pick a different department to work in than the front desk because she seems to hate dealing with people. If this was the first instance I would brush it off and assume she's just having a bad day but it's weird every time I interact with this employee here."

"Well,it's been over a month. They delivered my package to the wrong address admittedly and wont offer me any type of compensation. Pretty upset since it was a one of a kind item. Update Feb 2022. Still very frustrated. Second time within a few weeks that post office said can't deliver to address. We have a light dusting of snow and it's clear. Called the office to complain and told them to drop off my package Update after calling and complaining the post office actually turned around and delivered like they were supposed to. Shouldn't have to complain or make a fuss for people to do their job correctly. Thankful but also frustrated."

"The driver of the Bergen post office got stuck in my yard and tore the yard up with deep ruts. He was not our normal driver. I have a truck and went out and had him hook it up and I finally pulled him out. Then he backed up again and got stuck on the other side of the yard not driveway it was plowed he should have been able to back up with no problem I even have a turnaround. Because of him I had to spend 100.00 to mark the ruts he made so no one else would get stuck in HIS ruts with their snowblower or plow. I wish I had taken pictures then maybe I would get reimbursed."

"I have noticed the employees can be rude, it is hard to get my mail here. I work 6-4:30. I will rush the 2 minutes it takes to get to the post office even leaving a couple minutes early and counter Is usually closed before closing time. I've gone in 4:42 just to check my po box and an employee was walking out to lock the door. As I opened the door she replied they were closed. I looked at my phone and told them I had 3 minutes to check my mail and got a loud annoyed sounding sigh. Just anytime I have to have contact with a employee I never know if it will be a good encounter or not."
