"Horrible service and wait times. I’ve had the car smell like straight cigarette smoke and have waited over an hour for a return ride after a medical appointment. They have zero customer service and act like they’re doing you a favor. Overall very bad company and would definitely search for another one."

"Im a patient this company is transporting and I will admit, this transportation service has been reliable getting me to my appointments & back home. Besides that, my dad received a phone call from somebody in charge and they complained about them not being paid enough for ‘this’ .. They continued to complain about not being informed of the wheelchair i was in. At first , when i heard about this phone call i brushed it off because i know how people could be but it was disrespectful & insensitive. How are you a medical transportation service complaining about services you provide? You do not get to belittle people like that .. you would think people going into this field of work would be more understanding , patient and kind but its nothing like that!! The fact that any of it was said not only to a PARENT!! You don’t know what anyones going through theres no need to be disrespectful.. take it up with somebody else as WE CAN’T HELP YOU!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to complain about the treatment of my 94 year old grandfather. The manager lied and told me he set up the service this way which was a complete lie. After being nasty on the phone he called me back to say the company would no longer transport him because of my previous review of the company. So no only are they rude but they lied and rather than fix the problem they took out their incompetence on a 94 year old man. And the so called transfer to another company and set up the incorrect pick up time. Avoid them at all costs if you care about your family and your mental health."

"I have never had any problems with Diane. The drivers are pleasant and helpful, no distracted driving. Dispatchers equally so. The Ambulette’s are clean and in good shape.They are always on time for pick ups and try their hardest to get to you quickly when you call for a return trip."
