"They are refusing my heap because my ex Jared moon used to work for them. I have not affiliated myself with him in years! They had no problems taking my money so I could get fuel to keep my house warm for me and my son. They say they are family oriented but when I call to let ask why my account was suspended and faith said they were not interested in having me as a loyal customer. okay....so....leaving me and my son without heat is what you do? nice! I know faith mike ken heather Lindsey just to name a few all hated Jared and for that reason the punishment is only affecting me and my son. I have ZERO INTEREST WITH HIM. HE HAS TRASHED MY LIFE. THIS JUST SHOWS IT. I've tried to contact them as they didn't contact me at all BTW to let them know BUT THEY RATHER DISCRIMINATE against me AND a 8 year old. definitely illegal also! yes I have filed. they can come and celebrate MY family members anniversary BUT TURN face to me. that's discrimination forsure. unprofessional!! the only reason this company has a place in Remsen is because of MY FAMILY! I am happy move on with a better company that doesn't tolerate this disrespect."
