Eddie and Mike especially are pleasant to talk to in person and over the phone - very personable gentleman. One of the major highlights of this company is that they take theft extremely seriously. My family and I had a concern and believed one of our boxes (carrying valuable items) went missing during the moving process. I called Eddie later the same evening to notify him of our concerns. He did not hesitate to rectify the situation. Three EJA staff members came over the following morning and personally helped my family look through every single box and tote, leaving no stones unturned. They specifically postponed their morning work to come over to our house to do this. Needless to say, the situation eventually winded up resolving itself (the box was located).
