"Went there to get our covid tests done and it's been a week since we've received our results. My husband stopped by to inquire about the test results and a lady screamed at him saying that whoever told him 3-5 days to get your results was a lie! It's supposed to be 5-7 days! It's been 7 days and we have yet to receive our results. I don't know how this all works but it feels like a scam to get some sort of government funding for participating in the covid tests. They took down our information and for what? Also, the way they swabbed our noses didn't feel like they knew what they were doing or cared at all. Literally swabbed the tip of my nostril..... I'm not sure if anything was even collected with that sample. Wanna waste your time to get a fake covid test? Come to this pharmacy. Wanna get yelled at? This is the place to be. Stay safe everyone and stay away from these frauds. Update: 10 days later I finally received my results and the results were: the sample was insufficient and arrived in a compromised state......"

"Insurance scammer!!! I went into to ask what insurance they accept for I am thinking of switching. The staff blandly said that after switching come back and we see what can items are eligible under your insurance, i.e. claim as much items as possible that are covered by the insurance instead of whether you really need them."

"I brought to them a diabetic shoes prescription....mid Oct. 2016....they just called me today 1-15-2017, at 3:06pm to let me know it got approved....because I quit playing phone tag with them after 3-4weeks after their very unprofessional treatment of this whole process....Why should I have to call back all the time, just so you guys will do your job??? It's ridiculous I tell you. Anna (the only fluent English speaker) kept on saying call back again and then we'll check if your insurance approved it. It's your duty to verify with my insurance, not mine...It's your place getting paid, not me!! I've never heard a pair of shoes needing more than three months for approval....and a business waiting this long to tell you that it's approved.... My other pharmacy would call to remind me med is almost ready for pick up, prior to being ready...and if my insurance had changed they'd call me to not come by. This place...OMG...Stay away!! I wish negative ratings were an option, one star is too kind for this crappy place!! P.s.:If you need someone that speaks English, ask for Anna. The other staff will struggle like hell just to take your name over the phone....it can be very Very aggravating!!"
