"Being an Eye Doctor for many years, I can truly say that Wellness Pharmacy is like a gourmet restaurant. Personal care, attention, quality products and knowledgeable staff. I have scripted many patients and use them for myself and my wife. Irrespective of the complexity, they are accommodating and on point. Ophthalmic RX dosing is complex, they have never let me down. Great place for vaccination. Mohammed the owner, and the entire staff go the distance and are reminiscent of old time Pharmacy. Your are more than a script to them. The more impersonal the chains get, the more you appreciate this pharmacy. Their sick room supplies and delivery are great. Always good advice and counseling. Thanks for a decade or more of sharing and caring. If you think it’s easy to navigate the cesspool of managed care and maintain quality, you have found the right Pharmacy. "I went to this pharmacy on my lunch break to pick up some medicine for a cold sore. The patron in front of me had loads of items on the counter and it seemed like she wasn't sure if she wanted to purchase everything, with the cashier ringing up random items and giving the total. This went on for awhile. I asked "can someone please ring me up, I have to get back to work." the patron told me to go to the back, there is a register there. I explained that the pharmacist and others were busy as well. Then the cashier turned to me and said "you can just wait on line!" I was not rude, I was not disrespecting anyone and I did not need to be spoken to like that. I too am in customer service and if I spoke to my customer like that, I guarantee I would have one less customer. I will never patronize this place ever again and I will be sure to express my experience with all that I know. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I know it does not represent the Pharmacy as a whole but unfortunately, she is the face of the pharmacy. Shame on you. I received your response, I never said there was a line, I said the pharmacist was busy in the back. There was no line, there were 2 customers in the store, me and the other patron. And you bypass the whole reason for the review. I know I was on lunch, what I did not appreciate is the attitude of the cashier. You cannot tell me that it was my fault that this individual was disrespectful. That is my point. People should treat others as they would like to be treated. THAT IS MY POINT!"
