"I went to the pharmacy to pickup my prescription but their system was down for some reason, so I left to pickup other stuff, I called back before they close they told me the system is up so I hurried up before they close, I called 5 min before they close to ask them to wait a minute or 2 to pickup my medication they told me okay arrived 8:32, the pharmacy was closed. Very disappointing This was my pharmacy since 2013, not anymore"

"Ignorance is bliss. If I book an appointment for my children for a second shot. I call to ask do you have the shot available for two children arriving at 1 p.m ans you tell me you do. Why when they arrive the same day at the appointment time, you tell them Ohh, we ran out yesterday. I called back and spoke to someone over the phone who is also ignorant not acknowledging the error, saying oh she didn't know. Hey fool, it's called verification. Look in the fridge and make sure you have stock."
