"I will not be going back there EVER. As many times that I've gone there, I've never been charged for a plastic bag. There were several old Russian customers there in line before me and the cashier who was also Russian didn't charge them anything for their bags but she charged me, a young African American woman .25 per bag. When I told her that I've never been charged before, she just looked at me like I was stupid and then said something Russian to her coworkers. I will not be going back there!"
