"Saw a brand new truck that i liked and called dealer to agree on price and specifications. Told the sales person that i was all the way in Florida and if they could reserve the car for me. Called and emailed the sales person in different occasions to inquire about location, and date and time that i was picking up my brand new truck. Agreed on a day that i was going to drive 16 hours round trip to purchase the truck. Came to the dealer and test drove the car. Everything was going well when i was told the truck had an accident while going to the car wash and that one of rear doors was replaced including the window glass and that it was taken to a body shop in town to match the manufacture paint. I wish i could have been told this accident happened before heading to South Carolina with my wife and daughter to pick up a supposedly my brand new truck. Dealer’s sales person told me that i could just walk away from the deal if I didn’t want the truck after the repairs. Very insensitive and not at front honest sales person . Even the owner couldn’t guarantee that the paint won’t fade after several years. After being very upset they offer to built me a brand new truck that it would take months for me to get with free delivery but the problem is that that they were not honest at front before me driving 16 hours total trip, renting a car and a hotel to stay the night. This is my first time reviewing any business and the reason why I’m doing this is to make you aware that this truck is still for sale at the dealer. F250 xlt diesel blue color with console seat.
