"Went to drive through. Asked for a Wendy's double and a chicken sandwich plus two Frosties and fries. Paid for what I ordered. They only had vanilla frosties (wanted chocolate) ..Got home... opened bag .. got two nacho burgers (singles)... with fries (only thing they got right). Ate what we got as didn't want to drive back. Terrible!"

"Very dirty restaurant at first and last sight. Me and my family were avoided at all costs. We had to wave the cashier down. Had terrible customer service there. They also told us that they only had 2 people in the restaurant working. When they had the side employee door open to the kitchen and there were at least 5 people chatting back there. Were given nasty looks when eye contact was made. We were ignored not only when trying to mobile order but when receiving the order and trying to refill drinks. Staff tried looking everywhere but our direction when they knew we were there. Very disappointed when my trip was supposed to be “fast” but ended in me and my family having to stay over an hour with 40 mins being in the drive thru. This was only because the app wouldn’t let us choose dine in and they wouldn’t let us pick it up at the counter after saying we could.Water was watered down and food was sitting for a while. Store was very hot and smoky. I work in food service and would never treat the people that I take care of like this, especially when they’re not very busy. I can understand being understaffed but lying, being rude and disrespectful to people who are being kind and understanding towards you, is ridiculous."

"Do not go here it is not fast food. The workers were avoiding us 95% of the time and were disrespectful. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. It took about 40 minutes to get our food in the drive through. Their mobile app wouldn’t let us choose counter pick up so we asked the cashier if we could choose drive thru and get it at the counter and she agreed that it was ok. Then we put our mobile order in and went back up to the counter where a man came up and told us that we couldn’t do that and had to go in the drive thru to get it. After getting in the drive thru, they told us they could only find one of our orders and my other family member was inside hearing the staff complain about the order. Which we had 2 confirmations about the 2 orders that we both put in 10 mins prior. We proceeded to wait for a total of 30 extra mins in the drive thru before getting to the window and the person stared into our car multiple times, looked through the window and ignored us until giving us our food with an attitude. The drinks also tasted like they had been sitting there for the amount of time that we were in the drive thru for because they were watered down."

"No Coke, no lemonade, no tea, no chilli (?), no sauces (including ketchup!). It took about 20 mins to go through the drive-thru. The order was wrong - they forgot to add bacon on the burger and the fries had no seasoning. One star for the nicely carbonated Dr. Pepper and one more star for the woman working the drive -thru window, who was very nice."

"I am a local and the service and the food over there last couple of years has been very disappointing to say the least. I recently ordered at the drive through, due to the staffing shortage the wait time was longer than usual. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Combo and this is what they have me. The chicken was dry and tasteless, no tomato and this pitiful piece of lettuce. The fries weren't seasoned well I asked for salt and was told there was none. The only thing I can say that I did enjoy was the lemonade."
