"This Bike store I have been going in and out of here for years. I buy parts to my BAT CYCLE in this bike store, I went there today to buy a Air Pump for my bike tires. But when dealing with these workers in there you must know what you need and ask for or they will give you something you don't need or looking for."

"Bike rides good but this place is really overpriced. I’m not too familiar with costs associated with fixing bikes but I’ve now spoken to others and they confirmed that I was swindled. I went to get my tire and brakes fixed and they charged a separate labor fee to install/fix every piece of equipment instead of a baseline labor charge, which was very odd to me. The guy told me that other bike shops charge for every 2 minutes of labor and that my bike would take an hour to fix hence the hefty charge. Instead, it took 15 min to fix and I was charged $44 in labor (see attached receipt). I’ve paid less to have my car brakes fixed. I hate when shops take advantage of people. It’s a terrible way to run a business. I most likely won’t be returning and won’t be recommending anyone to this place. I was recently told about AJs, which I heard was more fair in pricing, so I’m going to try there next."

"Located not far from the A and C trains, the B25 Fulton Street/Marcus Garvey Blvd and in front of the B15 Marcus Garvey Blvd/Fulton Street, this bike shop has a decent selection of bikes to choose from. It's easy to notice, that is if your paying attention. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are helpful."
