"I go 3x a week to pick up meds for different family members and everyone is so nice and helpful. My biggest issue is having to listen to religious worship over the system which should be playing mellow music. Something needs to be done about this as it's not right that some religious views are being broadcast over the system forcing it on everyone in the store."

"I went to King Community Pharmacy to purchase several items on 3/24/22. There was a lady already at the counter that was being assisted by one of the workers; the other worker pretended to be doing something and never asked: may I help you. Another customer walk in went partly behind the counter and handed her some papers . At first I thought she was one of the employees until she can from behind the counter and the one that ignored me began to assist her as if I wasn’t there. She never look at me nor acknowledge that I was there she continue to assist this person. I politely put the thing I was going to purchase back on the shelf and walk out. I WILL NEVER GO BACK into their store to purchase anything, They lost a customer and I will SPREAD the WORD that if you’re a person of color you are subject to be ignored. I will not spend my money in a place that I’m overlooked."

"The Spanish lady that works at the pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional. She argues with the customers even if their right or wrong. I experience her argue with a customer who the customer stated she suffers from seizures and the staff still argue with her... I miss the spanish guy who worked there he was very professional and respectful..."

"This pharmacy has poor customer service. My Doctor from Mt. Sinai called them to fill a prescription after having surgery for a ruptured Achilles and I called and spoke to a lady named Phara who was rude and hung up on me! And if I wasn’t on crutches and immobile only god knows what would’ve happened. I had my sister go and get all the other prescriptions needed and she tried to deny ALL of them until my sister demanded I get them to relieve me of pain.All after my doctor called. There is a reason it only has 2 good reviews!"
