"This should be zero stars. The pharmacy locked its doors before closing time, refusing to let a group of us pick up our medicine, even though they knew we needed it urgently. Shockingly, they shut the gate on an older man who pleaded for his medication. The pharmacist bluntly stated they were closed and walked away, leaving us without any assistance. This lack of empathy and disregard for our urgent needs was truly disappointing."
