"Nice pharmacy… has provisions for individuals that have not yet got health insurance due to their immigration status or whatever reason… the pharmacy has a method of subsidizing their medications.., I give them kudos for that. On the downside, they are sometimes very slow in filing their customers’ prescriptions….sometimes it could take days.. they will tell you that they don’t have your medication now and can you come tomorrow? If you come the next day, they could still tell you that your medication is not yet available…"
"Good pharmacy I don't really have issues with them. The person on the phone is always kind as well. I always get my medicines here for my daughter and myself. I'm going to miss it when we move."
"I checked online that the pharmacy is open and closes at 5:30, but so far no one has picked up my calls. Are the pharmacists observing the holidays? Recently, I've seen new faces handling incoming scripts. Are they from the Queens location? Does anyone know if they're still there at that location? Just spoke with someone from the Queens location and was told that both locations are no longer under the same name if I'm explaining this correctly. Update, there's a new group of pharmacists and staff, except for the guy who stock merchandise on the shelves. Supposedly one of the pharmacists retired, which explains the new faces but from my experience picking up one's medications has turned an absolute nightmare. Since no one picks up the phone I had to wait for the new scripts to be done only to find out they were done earlier. The same guy who handles the merchandise asked clients to be patient, however from what dealt with those who had been to that pharmacy for years will take their business elsewhere. In conclusion, how many pharmacists does it take to fill out a prescription? Update: new year, same problems with this pharmacy especially when they have a phone number that's not being used by said pharmacy."
"This pharmacy used to be located near the main Southern Boulevard shopping district. They have now relocated to this location. When I entered the store, I said hello to an employee he put his head down and turned away. I thought that was very rude of him especially since I could have been a potential customer. The store offers a variety of items such as medical, school supplies, toiletries, cards, etc. However, Many of the items looks as though they have been on the shelf for years. They pharmacy is located at the rear of the store. I’m going to stick to my main pharmacy."
"Terrible customer service. Employees taking personal calls with no regard to customers. Bought issue to attention of female pharmacist and she brushes me off and mutters insults under her breath. Terrible service from female pharmacy tech. Female cashier was very helpful. Male cashier doesn't even speak English to assist. Didn't even know what an eye exam was. Female pharmacist was rude and condescending. First and last time here. Would rather travel farther for better service. Don't waste your time with people that talk to you as if you are less than them."
