"Worst rudest cashier. I’ve been living in the area for a while so I’m not new to this Walgreens but never in my life have I ever encountered someone as rude and unprofessional personnel. I witnessed how he attacked this young lady. Over a little mess up. She told him “is this really how u talk to your customers” he continues on by saying basically how stupid she is for not noticing the register was closed. Honestly this Walgreens used to be good. But those employees have no discipline and unprofessionalism"

"This store is never equipped to handle the volume of customers it serves. There are never enough employees working on the register to check customers out. This results in very long lines and I often can not make a purchase because I am trying to pick something up during my lunch break and cannot afford to spend the time on the line. I also noticed they rarely have stockings in full stock!!"

"Sadly, this Walgreens has gone downhill. Since the closing of the one in 3rd Ave., practically everyone’s prescriptions was sent to the Walgreens in 161St. and they’re short staff. Pharmacy wait time is about a hour, they usually don’t pick up phones, hang up phone when it rings a lot, don’t have prescriptions filled, run out of toilet paper, etc. They need help in the Pharmacy Dept.!"

"This review is in reference to my Covid shot experience at this location. I do not fault the pharmacists, they were kind and doing the best they could while short staffed. I waited 90 minutes past my appointment time. I filled out the consent form prior to my appointment online, but they had me fill it out on paper a second time when I got there. The man who administered my vaccine did not sanitize his hands prior and did not wear gloves. He thankfully at least used an alcohol wipe on me first. He also MISSED giving me the shot the first try and had to jab me a second time! This all happened so quickly that it was over before I could ask him to properly follow PPE guidelines. My husband who went in after me told me the same exact thing happened to him. This is against health guidelines and unsanitary. I should report this to the health board."

"This is by far one of the worse Walgreens… they donated last year for our local community event. I went in earlier this week to ask for the same donation this year… “manager” told me to come back Friday. A different “manager” told me they don’t do donations because it would ruin their business. Management there sucks, how do they even get hired?"
