"I sent a script in for a patient with Substitutions Allowed should the patients insurance not cover the brand name. The pharmacy never tried to fill the script for the brand only the generic then told the patient I had to resend the script because I called in the generic. Then I tried to call them waited 40 minutes on hold to then have the line swiftly picked up and hung up. So I called again and waited another 30 minutes before just giving up. I requested that the patient use a different pharmacy to which she agreed due to aforementioned predicament."

"Is the worst pharmacy ever! Very unreliable as a pharmacy. Is the 4th time I being there to pick up prescription from CityMD across the street and they don't have the medication. My daughter was prescribed a medication due to the urgent care visit today and after waiting 40 minutes for the pharmacy to open at 11am, on top that it open a few minutes late, the pharmacy clerk tell me that they didn't have the medication. I was extremely disappointed due to the fact that the previous times I had medication prescribed to me or it was out of stock or they didn't have enough. I expressed my disappointment to the clerk and the staff. Is soo ridiculous to go 4 times on different times in the year and to get the same excuse over and over, "MEDICATION OUT OF STOCK or WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH". I think they need to fix this issue. As per me and my daughter we have another pharmacy a block away which has the medication we need available. I will no longer waste my time a 5th time with Walgreens, lesson learned."
