"Order delivery and the driver was extremely rude and pressured us to tip more and basically told us we didn’t tip him enough because of how long of a drive it is (we live 1.5 miles away from the restaurant) I have the driver on camera complaining we didn’t come to the door even though I asked for a contactless delivery. We have had issues previously when we received coupons and upon trying to use them none of the 4 coupons were valid even though they were from Marcos pizza."

"Just picked up 2 10inch pizzas with breadsticks and wings Marcos is very good tasting very good customer service great for parties or pizza night."

"I've eaten here about a dozen times. But, based off of my last 2 experiences. I do not think I'll return. I repeatedly seen the wait staff put customers on hold on the phone and even stating that today is not the day for them. The cook kept on pulling up his pants while preparing the pizza's. I'm not happy about the fact that I ordered my food at 1030 am to be ready at 1130. And it wasn't finished till 1220."

"This is my first and last time going to this Marcos Pizza. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and an order of boneless hot wings. The staff was great. I ordered over the phone and went in the store for pickup. It was ready when I got there. I did not open the boxes to check until I got home and boy were we surprised! There was a whole what looked like cooked roach in our wings!! We called the store back immediately and the manager was really nice and offered to refund us and offered to make us more wings. I declined. I threw everything in the trash. I am more concerned about this roach and if it could happen to someone else. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be back."

"Ordered an Ultimate Magnifico (My transaction number was 102100085), my third one in as many months and what was supposed to be Old World pepperoni, Old World sausage, Italian sausage and pepperoni turned out to be Italian sausage, pepperoni and ham! The crust was limp, almost soggy -- something that is hard to do when there is light sauce. The ball was dropped on this order all the way around. (Below are pictures of the same pizza, different times. The first two pictures are what was delivered today, the last two are what was delivered last month.) EDIT: Feedback link sent by owner leads nowhere except to place another order. With one driver, why are delivery orders being taken? Ordered at 5:15, promise time at 5:45, didn't get until 6:30! Guess I will have to stop ordering from Marco's for awhile, atleast until they get their act together."
