Papa Johns Pizza 428 McNulty Street, Blythewood, SC 29016

"Went there because my 5 year old son love their stuff crust pizza. Grabbed the order and took it home. Normally they show you the pizza before you walk out but it was busy. Opened it up at home and it looked like they got slices from another pizza to add to ours. One of the slices had another slice on the bottom. Ordered some papa bites for the 3 yr old since he loves those. They looked like they were sitting out for 2 hours. I picked up my order within 15 mins of ordering."

"Absolutely ghetto. So unprofessional. My family and I ordered 4 medium pizzas. They gave us smalls and then 1 of them were completely doughy and undone. We called the restaurant. They didn’t answer because they decided to close early. So we waited until the morning and called again. Lady on the phone tells us we have to bring the doughy pizza in to show her the issue. We said “okay well what about the 4 small pizzas?” She said she can’t replace or fix them because she can’t see them. We asked for a manager and she refused to give us one. We told her we have pictures and asked does that work for her. She completely ignored us then hung up the phone. We have had problems Papa John’s REPEATEDLY. They’re trash! The service is horrible and the food is disgusting. Never again"

"All I asked for was Alfredo pizza with nothing on it but spinach. They refused to make me another pizza and told me that the only thing on it was cheese. I’m definitely reaching out to corporate."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Pizza delivered and it looks like they dropped it on the floor. Called thinking they were going to fix and the manager Shanya States they are cleaning the oven and not taking orders 3 hours before closing. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced."
