"The pharmacy hours here on Lyell Ave are whatever they feel like making them irregardless of the hours posted on the entrance door to the store. There's NEVER been a time when I didn't have a problem with The pharmacy with my scripts as well bcuz whenever I call in or go on the website for my meds .... It will tell me a certain day when my meds will be filled and it NEVER fails ... Every single time that my husband or myself go to pick up my meds or his or both of ours.... Whatever the case may be.... They NEVER EVER have our scripts READY and THIS is VERY VERY VERY Frustrating... To say the least. I would appreciate it If someone from The Corporate Office would Call and Straighten THESE ISSUES OUT so that this NO Longer takes place; bcuz if THIS is definitely NOT Just Happening to me so please address this at your earliest convenience. Also, bcuz of ALL OF THE INCONVENIENCES me n my family have been through.... I feel that it's ONLY RIGHT that we be compensated. And the Customer Service at Walgreens is Nil!!!! All Yur cashiers have attitudes.... I was going to work at this Lyell Ave (Rochester NY) location BUT I could NEVER treat another human being Like they're NOTHING!! We have been treated thee worst than we've EVER been treated anywhere else and we got NO APOLOGIES!! It's not fair that we are discriminated a lot. Imagine how horrible that would feel. We don't even want to shop there anymore bcuz of ALL OF THIS!!! DISCRIMINATION HAPPENED TO US TOO MUCH."
