UPS pick up

"When UPS stopped to pick- up a package, my husband was right beside the house mowing the lawn. He knew I had a package to get picked- up. He tapped on the window so I would go to the door to meet the UPS man. The UPS guy was getting back into his truck already. I yelled and asked if he was there to pick- up a package. He never really answered me, but came back down to the house. I showed him the package. He put a label on it, that he had left on the porch. I asked him "why he didn't ring the doorbell?" "He didn't think anybody was home." I commented "if you had rang the doorbell, he would've known I was home." I thanked him and he walked away mocking my "thank you." He was very discourtious and rude."
