"Do not use this company, because they are not transparent nor forthcoming. The operators will offer you an initial price that apparently covers the cost of everything except taxes. However, later World Wide Central Freight will issue additional invoices. If you cannot afford to pay the undisclosed hidden fees then you will be considered to have abandoned your stuff, and lose it. This happened to my friend, and he lost everything (family photos, heirlooms, bed, etc) that he had given to World Wide Central Freight LLC."

"You cannot trust anything these people say especially Millie. She will tell you the price is the price for shipping is fixed. Then suddenly all my relatives households goods were being held in US customs for an export from the US. Then we were told the goods were randomly chosen to be examined by X-ray there were over 2500 in fees. Then she told my relative there were more fees due but she could not tell them how much till he paid the first fees,which were not disclosed at the beginning that it could occur. Then she told my relative he should just let his stuff go after he had already paid 6k for. He was taking everything he had worked for the last 30 years in America. Millie has zero compassion. Do not use this company they are at a minimum unethical if not worse. Zero compassion nor concern for the customer."
