"My engine light was on and my battery light came on so I got off the interstate and stopped in at advance auto parts. Spoke to Charlie and Michael explained to them the situation. Charlie went outside with me and checked my codes for me and told me what was going on. He then came out and tested my battery and alternator and he was correct my battery tested bad. We went inside and he explained the difference in battery and warranty. He installed my battery and sent me back on my way to Virginia. He was such a nice man and I'm thankful for Charlie this afternoon. Great customer service and would definitely recommend this location!"

"Went in with an emergency and asked for my battery to be checked. The employee who's name is Charlie was rude and did not check my battery. Acted like he didn't want to be there. I went to another establishment and ended up purchasing a new battery. I do not recommend this place."

"HUGE thanks to Michael! He was such a lifesaver today! My battery died at the Ingles gas stations up the road, I got jumped off and went straight to Advanced. Michael helped me get a battery for my car and installed it for me. He was soooo helpful and understanding. It was his first day back at work from having surgery and HE STILL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. I couldn't say enough good things about him. He is a GREAT employee and has great customer service!!!! Thank you Michael for everything!!!"
