"I brought in my 2017 Hyundai Sonata here and had a timing chain repair done on my vehicle (and the surrounding parts). At the time I didnt know that the technicians did NOT reseal the timing cover and left bolts out of my oil pan gasket and the valve cover gasket, leaving my car to incessantly leak oil. When i continued to have problems out of the car, the technicians at Precision Tune did an oil pump replacement. The car still had the oil leak problem, and they "couldnt find what was wrong". Months later, the dealership tells me that whoever did my timing cover (Precision tune) left bolts out of the repair. I then returned to Precision tune only to find a brand new manager (the 3rd one in 6 months), who very adamantely and rudely would NOT look at the vehicle without charging me a diagnostic fee. I am under the impression that either their work was shoddy, or bolts were left out intentionally and maliciously to force me to be at their mercy when it came to repairs, or maybe both. I firmly do NOT reccomend this service to anyone. They've cost me hundreds in unneccessary fees and their work is not professional grade. Please keep yourselves and your families away"

"We had the worst experience. We went to get a simple oil change in the car. The workers didn’t do a good job. I get in the car to drive home from work late at night and the car is making funny noise. I got home there was oil leaking from under my car on my driveway . I also had missing screws from my front bug protector . I called the next day to let them know what was going on and they did pay for tow service to their shop which is the least they could do since it was their fault . My engine could’ve have blown and the oil messed up our driveway . April the front desk person/manager was the worst customer service person I have ever encountered . Very unhappy person and rude . She refused to fix my car we ended up having to leave with a car running worse conditions than when it got there. STAY AWAY! Bad business!!"
