Domino's Pizza 370 Spartanburg Highway, Lyman, SC 29365

"After reading a few negative comments, I wanted to share a positive experience. I work across the street from this location, I had a question about the online menu (Sat 1/27/24), so I decided to walk in to the delivery/pick-up only store front. Staff was friendly, informative, they allowed me to "custom order" an item where I was not given that option if I would have ordered online, wait time was less than quoted and very short, order for 1 person was less than $10, AND the food was delicious! I will absolutely go back to this location, and would recommend them to anyone."

"Unfortunately, the quality of service seems to be on the decline again at this location. I quit ordering from here several years ago because the service had gotten so bad, where people just wouldn't even show up with my food, and after an hour the store would call me to tell me that they were having to cancel my order. Last week, my marinara sauce didn't come with my food. By time I got the marina, the food was cold. 4 days ago, after an hour of waiting I called the store to see where my delivery was, and they informed me that it was still sitting on their warmer, even though the mobile app had shown for more than 25 minutes that it was already delivered. I'm grateful that my food actually showed up today, but it took more than an hour to get to me even though I'm just 3 miles away, and today, my order was wrong. Again. When I called the store, they just tell me they'll give me a credit instead of fixing the problem. The service is very hit or miss."

"Terrible restaurant, I ordered 3 pizzas and they where over cooked and the manager told me she made them and said that they were correct and couldn’t do anything about, no ma’am I’m spending my hard earned and this is not professional, it’s simple, bring the pizzas back or credit the account. This manager (Nathia) is terrible, please avoid supporting this Dominos in LYMAN SC, and this she should be fired because she is going run this place in the ground. I gave it a 1 STAR ⭐️ because of her terrible customer service and how she treats her customers please don’t waste your time go to papa John’s. Here are photos of the black pizza."

"My go-to delivery spot Food is constantly good, and if there's ever an issue they'll reach out to you. My house is hard to find, so its good to know i'll always have a delivery driver i can trust will ensure they go to the right house. Food always cooks and gets here before the estimated arrival time."

"I was disappointed with my order. Although, my previous pizza orders was hot and fresh. This particular time I ordered a pepperoni pizza which was a special for the week. When I receive my pizza, it wasn't tasty. It tastes like it has been sitting there for a while. This is my first time, experiencing a poor pizza at Domino's, so I know they deliver better pizzas. I recommend, open the box to view your pizza first, that's what I should have done."
