"I’m as of today am a former employee and I am a woman in my terminal was the only woman and then they hired another one and I will say I wasn’t treated well I was always reprimanded made to feel bad humiliated and embarrassed. Favoritism toward the old timers that won’t retire to give anyone else a chance busted my tail to never pleasing anyone and have recordings to prove it I don’t want to say everyone was bad the workers the p and drivers were fine it’s management and dispatch especially dispatch that thinks they’re the bosses and talk to you like you’re in elementary school!"

"This company is terrible. Ordered a part from Amazon at the end of January. I was instructed by the seller to contact R&L to schedule delivery. I called on 2/8 and schedules delivery for 2/9. On 2/9 the tracking website indicated delivery would occur on 2/10. I called the company and confirmed this. On 2/10 the website said delivery would occur on 2/11. I called and spoke with someone who confirmed the package would be delivered on 2/11. On 2/11, the website indicated my order wouldnt be deliveres until 2/14. I called twice on 2/11. The first person i spoke with told me the item couldnt be delivered because I necer set up a delivery time. The second person told me my item was delayed due to the company being behind on shipments because of weather. She said my package was loaded on the truck and ready to go out first thing on 2/14. Today (2/14) I received a text saying my item was out for delivery and would be stop 10. I decided to check the tracking and noticed no delivery info was available. I called and was informed my package "arrived damaged" and R&L would be contacting JFK about this. If I hadnt called, i doubt I would have been notified of anything at all. And how did my package go from "being loaded on the truck" to "it arrived damaged"?? I have now stayed home from work 4 times for a package that isnt going to arrive. And my husband took half a day on 2/11 because I needed to leave during the delivery window. I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional company in my life."
"Nothing like having the estimated delivery date change ON the estimated date…to a date 10 DAYS LATER. I understand things happen and estimations are subject to change, but 10 days off and it wasn’t even updated until estimated day of delivery? What’s gonna happen, will the ETA just keep changing to a later date on every estimated date now? My item was supposedly picked up from the sender 8 days ago. I had no idea companies were still transporting items via horse and buggy in the year 2021, yet here we are. Never would have thought it would take the good portion of a month to ship something across the country. If this was FedEx or UPS, I would have had my order days ago. Worst experience I have ever had receiving an order, I hope I never have to deal with R and L again."
"Got a call on Friday saying they were shipping my furniture order the following Monday. I asked to have the order shipped after 4pm because I work 5am-3:30pm. They told me they could not do that and I had to be home between 9am-3pm or my shipment would be considered refused. So today, Monday, I took a half day, unpaid, to receive my order. I left work at 9am to get home in time and I received a call from them saying they weren’t shipping today because I didn’t confirm today at 7am when they made an illegal call to confirm shipment. Now after wasting my time and forcing me to lose money, they can now magically ship after 4pm. I should add that they broke my furniture the first time they delivered without a scheduled delivery and this is the replacement shipment. I’m calling a lawyer."
