"This place screwed up my day and in turn screwed up my entire week by being a frustrating clock killer. I came in to unload half a trailer at 10 a.m. they made me wait 2 hours just to get a dock to unload and then after I backed into a dock I had to wait an additional 2 hours for them to begin to unload me. I watched three other private carrier's (people like myself) trailers get unloaded before they started with mine and all three of those people arrived over an hour later than me and got into a dock an hour later after I did. I had to go to the office and ask why was I not being unloaded after having waited for four hours? I had to call my trucking company and they had to call the manufacturer whom we were hauling freight 4 to call these people to get them to lift a finger. I had to wait 5 hours of my day here when I should have only been here for maybe an hour at most."

"This company used to be a preferred carrier; we will no longer even use them. We shipped over 100 loads with them in the last year but their sales rep, sales manager, inspection team, and customer service have all failed to satisfactorily address several issues we started having in the last 6-9 months. They do nothing to try to retain business, would rather lose a $20k/yr account. They cost our company $2500 before we decided to end our relationship with them."
