"I rode with this company a few times and I am in a wheelchair too. This company will cancel your trip at a moments notice if your trip isn't long enough for them. Plus when they are suppose to pick you up at a certain time. You have to wait 1 - 3 hours for them. Beware disabled people seem to be put on the back burner when it comes to money with these providers. And if your trip gets cancelled, MAS does not call you to let you know about the cancellation. ..(pretty sad organization) So anyone disabled in a wheelchair BEWARE, your trip only depends on how far away your doctors office is and your address. This is going to be look into with these providers and MAS and their business practices. Right now I am looking into bringing a Discrimination suit forward"

"Worst service ever. I was picked up an hour late to go to my appointment and well over an hour to be picked up after. I called for my pickup and got voice mail but couldn’t leave a message due to the mailbox being full. Therefore, I had to wait over 45 minutes just to get through to order my pickup. Both drivers were excellent but the owner is terrible. He takes on too many jobs and can’t fulfill any of them. The price of $225 is much more than any other company around. I will NEVER use them again."
